Chicken-Mushroom Pasta


Ingredients:

Pasta shells or spirals
250grms boneless chicken (preferably breast chicken)
2-3 cloves Garlic
500grms white button mushrooms (or Can mushrooms)
1 tablespoon white flour
Half a cup thickened cream
Olive Oil
Handful of chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper
White Wine (Optional)
Cheese

Method
  1. Cook Pasta in boiling water with some salt.

  2. Drain when cooked and pour cold water over it so pasta separates nicely.

  3. Finely chop Garlic.

  4. Cut mushroom into quarters or halves.

  5. Heat Olive oil in a big pan.

  6. Fry Garlic.

  7. Add chicken and fry till cooked

  8. Add flour and fry.

  9. Add mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes.

  10. Add cream and white wine. Stir in some salt and add chopped parsley. Heat for 2 minutes

  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately on cooked pasta in a bowl or plate. Garnish with cheese.
