Oatmeal Porridge Recipe



Oatmeal porridge is filled with the goodness of oats. Together with dry fruits and nuts, this dish is power-packed with nutrients. Add a small piece of chocolate just after cooking, to make it really yummy.

Ingredients:
1 cup quick cooking oats
2 cups water
3 cups milk
Fruits (optional)
Raisins, cashewnuts, almonds, etc (optional)
Sugar or honey

Method:

  • Bring the water to a boil and add the oats.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Take it off heat, add milk and sugar.
  • Stir in the fruits and nuts. Serve hot.
