Simple Pasta And Garlic


Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Pasta (Spaghetti, Linguine, etc.)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Onion, minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil (if not any oil will do)
2 Green Chilies, chopped
1 tsp. fresh cracked Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
Salt
Coriander Leaves

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions.

  2. Heat oil, add cumin. Then add the green chilies and onions. Stir till cooked.

  3. Add the garlic and stir for 1 min.
  4. Add the pasta, salt and pepper, mix well and let it heat through.

  5. Serve sprinkled with the coriander and red pepper flakes if you like it spicier.
