
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Pasta (Spaghetti, Linguine, etc.)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Onion, minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil (if not any oil will do)
2 Green Chilies, chopped
1 tsp. fresh cracked Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Method
Cook pasta according to box directions.
Heat oil, add cumin. Then add the green chilies and onions. Stir till cooked.
- Add the garlic and stir for 1 min.
Add the pasta, salt and pepper, mix well and let it heat through.
Serve sprinkled with the coriander and red pepper flakes if you like it spicier.
