Chilly Paneer
Ingredients
- 2 Onions
- 2 Capsicums
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1/2 bowl cashew nuts (roasted)
- 1 bowl Paneer ( cut into small cubes and fry them)
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp oil salt and chilli powder to taste.
Directions
- Cut onion and Capsicum into big pieces separately.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion. Fry for few minutes till slightly brown then add capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, soy sauce, tomato sauce, cashew nuts, paneer, salt and chill powder.
- Stir well and cover the lid.
- Remove from flame after a minute or 2. Make sure that capsicums doesn't get tender. Serve hot with Parathas.
