Pocket Parcel

Ingredients
 
• 1/2 cup Flour (Maida)
• 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
• 2 tsp Rawa
• 1/2 Cup Palak Paste
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp baking Powder
• Water, 4 -5 cloves
• Bharawan (Stuffing)
• Boiled Vatana (yellow peas)
• 1/2 tsp Green Chilly Paste
• 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
• 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
• 1/2 Cup Coriander Chopped
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 Tsp Oil, Oil for Deep Fry 


• 1/2 cup Flour (Maida)

Method

• Take Maida, Wheat Flour , Rawa , Baking Powder and mix it with Palak Paste. Put salt as required, in it. Mix it properly

• Bharawan: Pour 1 tsp oil in a pan and let it warm. After that, put green chilly, garlic and ginger paste. Fry the mixture. Then put the crushed green peas. Turmeric powder, sugar and salt in it.

• Take one steam for a minute and then spread coriander on the mixture. Let it be cool for ten minutes and bharawan is ready

• Make one chapatti, put the bharawan in centre and fold it like a gift wrap and pack it with a clove. Raw Pocket Parcel is ready

• Deep fry the Raw Pocket Parcel and serve these Chapate Pocket Parcels with Imli Chutney.

Kairy aur mirchi ka salan

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Flour (Maida)

Cheezy Honeymoon Hearts

Ingredients

• 6 bread slices
• 1/2 cup sproutes
• 1 boiled mashed aloo
• 1 tbsp grated paneer
• kaju kishmis chpped
• dhania
• salt to taste
• amchur to taste
• oil
• 1 spoon cornflour

Method

• mix all ingredients except oil and make balls and put them aside
• now take out the side crust of the bread moisten the bread
• take the bread out immedietly and squeez the water and put the sprout ball into the bread and make the kofta.
• do the same with the remaining and fry them in the oil
• take them out and cut them into pieces and sprinkle dhania and grated paneer.
• The shape should be heart shaped

Chilly Paneer - 1

Recipe with no eggs Ingredients:

200 gm paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp Refined flour(maida)
oil for deep frying

For the Sauce:

Oil 2 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp,chopped coarsely
Green chillies (slit) 3 4
Onion 1 big ,sliced thinly
Soya sauce 2 3 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum ,cut into strips(optional)
Ajinomotto a pinch(optional)
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cornflour 1 tsp,dissolved in ½ cup water(without lumps)

Method:

Cut the paneer into half inch cubes.
Make a thick paste of cornflour and refined flour(so as to coat paneer properly)
Coat the paneer cubes with paste and deep fry in hot oil till golden. Keep aside.

For the Sauce:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic, green chillies ,and onions.
Saute till onions are done.
Add capsicum and cook till tender.
Add all the sauces,ajinomotto or salt and pepper.
Add the paneer pieces.
Simmer for few minutes till the sauce coats the paneer pieces.
You can serve this as appetizer by putting toothpick on bunch of paneer, capsicum and onion together.


And if you wish to make Gravy one,then before adding paneer...
Add one cup water and bring it to a boil. Mix well.
Add dissolved cornflour,to the sauce, Mix well.
Simmer for few minutes till the sauce begins to boil.
Serve hot.

Paneer Jalfrezi

Ingredients


1 cup Paneer (diced) 2 tbsp.
Oil 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1
Onion (diced) 3 tbsp.
Capsicum salt to taste 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp.
Coriander powder 1
Tomato (diced) 1 tsp
Lemon juice


Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Jeera, Ginger-garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
  2. Cook for sometime and then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
  3. Add the paneer and tomato after 5 minutes
  4. Cook till the masala binds with the paneer
  5. Add 1 tsp lime juice before removing from flame

  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 bowl cashew nuts (roasted)
  • 1 bowl Paneer ( cut into small cubes and fry them)
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil salt and chilli powder to taste.

Directions

  1. Cut onion and Capsicum into big pieces separately.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion. Fry for few minutes till slightly brown then add capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, soy sauce, tomato sauce, cashew nuts, paneer, salt and chill powder.
  3. Stir well and cover the lid.
  4. Remove from flame after a minute or 2. Make sure that capsicums doesn't get tender. Serve hot with Parathas.
