Egg & Bread Masala

ngredients:

8 bread slices, made into small pieces
3 eggs
2 green chillies
1 onion, cut into very small pieces
1 tomato, cut into very small pieces
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oil

Egg & Bread Masala

Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan, fry the onions and green chilies.
  2. Add bread pieces and fry well. Also add to it the beaten egg and scramble it.
  3. Now add the chili powder, salt and tomatoes and fry till all mix well.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
