Tomato Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup leftover rice
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 green chilies, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Mix salt to the leftover rice well and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, season with mustard and cumin seeds.
  3. Then add chopped green chilies and onions and fry well until light brown.
  4. Now, add the tomato paste and fry until the raw smell of tomato disappears.
  5. To this, add the leftover rice and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
  6. Serve with any curry.
