- 4 Large potatoes
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- Lemmon Pepper seasoning

- Cut potatoes into bite size portions
- Place in frying pan with 1/4-cup vegetable oil
- Season with Lemmon pepper to taste
- Cook on med heat covered 15 to 20 min (stir frequently)
- Take lid off and fry until crisp
