Lemon Pepper Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Large potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
  • Lemmon Pepper seasoning

Directions
  1. Cut potatoes into bite size portions
  2. Place in frying pan with 1/4-cup vegetable oil
  3. Season with Lemmon pepper to taste
  4. Cook on med heat covered 15 to 20 min (stir frequently)
  5. Take lid off and fry until crisp
