Ingredients:
4 cups white flour
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Sieve the flour and salt twice. Beat eggs lightly and keep aside.
2. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour the eggs into it.
3. Mix the egg mixture into the flour with a spoon. Add enough water to make a stiff dough and knead till the eggs and the flour are blended well.
4. Roll out the dough as thin as possible on a floured board or table top. Cut into strips as thin or thick as required.
5. Hang on a rack to dry.
