Aloo Bread Sandwich

Ingredients:

Bread as many sandwiches you want to prepare,
2 potato (aaloo),
1 onion,
2-3 garlic cloves,
2-3 green chili,
small piece of ginger,
3 table spoon lemon juice,
3 - 4 table spoon green peas,
salt as per taste,
coriander (cilantro) leaves,
1 tea spoon turmeric powder,
cumin seeds and mustard seeds,
2 table spoon oil for sizzling,
butter or cheese .


Procedure:

1. Boil the potato's and peel it and mash it. Make the garlic-green chili -ginger and coriander leaves paste.
2.Prepare sizzling . Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin -mustard seeds and garlic-ginger-green chili - coriander leaves paste. Fry little.
4. Add small chopped onion into the pan . Fry the onion till it turns brown. Add green peas.
5.Mix the sizzling into the mashed potato. Add salt and and lemon juice and mix it very well. Let it cool for a while. Coriander leaves gives very nice colors to the aaloo
6. Take two breads, spread butter on one side of the bread . Place some aaloo stuffing on the bread and spread it . (Spread some green chutney (cilantro chutney) if you want it spicy.). Toast it into the sandwich maker.
7.Serve it with green chutney also called cilantro chutney. ENJOY Smile.
