Chicken Mukkhanwala

Ingredients:-
· Chicken
· Ginger garlic paste
· Jeera powder
· Red chilli powder
· Dahi
· Salt
· Chopped tomatoes
· Oil
· Fresh cream
· Cashew paste

Method:
Marinade the chicken pieces for ½ hr. then put them on a skewer and bake for 12-15 mins, at 180C.
In a handi, take a little bit oil and put chopped tomatoes and water, cook it till gravy comes out.
When it is done fully, strain it and keep aside.
Mix red chilly powder, Jeera powder, fresh cream, cashew paste and bring it to boil along with salt and a bit sugar.
Add the baked chicken to the gravy and cook for 1-2 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot with parathas.
