Capsicum Paneer

Capsicum Paneer

Paneer 500 gms
Capsicum 100 gms
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Whole red chillies 4 nos
Green chillies minced 3 nos
Kasoori methi (dry 1 tsp
fenugreek leaves)
Green chillies chopped 2
Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 4 nos
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Ghee/butter/oil 3 tbsp
Salt To taste
6 cloves garlic mixed with
a little water.

Method

Slice the paneer and capsicum into thin long strips.
Pound the coriander seeds and red chillies together.
Heat the oil, add garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds.
Add green chillies and ginger and fry again for a few seconds.
Add tomatoes and cook until the oil comes on top.
Add kasoori methi and salt and fry again for a few seconds.
Finally, add the sliced paneer and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot.
