DieT Dahi Vada

INGREDIENTs

vada:
6-10 bread ( wheat bread or bread of ur choice)

for grinding:
curd
salt
green chilli 4
grated coconut 2-3 tbsp
jeera 1 teaspoon
green coriander3-4 tbsp
garam masala for decoaration

METHOD

Soak the bread in water for 2-3 minutes.
Squeeze the excess water and roll each bread in the shape of vada.
Arrange the vadas, in the serving bowl or plate.
Grind the green chilli, jeera, green coriander,grated coconut and salt together.
Add the ground mixture to the curd and mix well.
Finally add this mixture to the vadas and decorate with garam masala.
Refrigerate for sometime and serve it chilled.
