INGREDIENTS
keema(mutton)-1/4 kg
potatoes-4(big)
coriander leaves
green chillies -4 Big
oil-3 spoons and for deep fry take required oil.
egg -1
onions-1
salt-required
red chilli powder-1 spoon
garam masala powder-1 spoon
ginger garlic paste-1 spoon
METHOD
1)boil the potatoes and mash it and keep aside.
2)clean the keema and add salt,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,garam masala and keep this for half an hour.
3) put oil in deep pan and place chopped onions and fry till turns to brownish colour and add keema in to it and cook this for a while like curry.
4) add the mashed potatoes and coriander leaves in to this curry and make this in to balls or required shapes .
5) dip the balls in egg white and deep fry in oil.
