Idli Burger

INGREDIENTS

6 idlis,
Processed grated cheese,
Grated carrots,
Parboiled and grated potatoes,
Pepper,
Salt,
Tomato ketcup,
Butter

METHOD

1. Take one idli (when cool)cut it into two width wise. put butter on both the base. then put grated potatoe springkle salt and white pepper. then put a layer of grated cheese top it with tomato ketchup on top of this put finely grated carrots. put the other base and press lightly. put a toothprick on the toothpick put one cherry and cheesecube.

2. Do the same with the other 5 idlis

3. This recipe can be prepared by children and very easy to make. very very light to eat.
