INGREDIENTS
Macaroni - 2 cups
Onion (sliced vertically) - 1 medium
Green chillies (slit vertically) - 2 or 3
Cabbage, Carrots
Mustard Seed - 1\2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil to sauté
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 mins. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai.
2. Fry mustard seeds until they pop. Add the sliced onions, green chillies & curry leaves and sauté till the onion is slighly brown.
3. Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Add cooked macaroni and salt. Mix well, remove from fire and serve hot.
