INGREDIENTS
1 cup moong daal
1\2 tsp red chilli powder
1\2 tsp dhania powder
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Soak moong daal in water overnight.
2. In the morning, grind it in the mixie, add red chillies, dhania powder add salt.
3. The batter is ready. Put oil on the tawa, heat oil, and spread batter on the tawa like a dosa.
4. Turn around after a minute. Cook for another minute.
5. It's ready. Eat with sauce or aloo ki sabji.
