INGREDIENTS
Poha - 1 cup
Onion - 1 big chopped
Ginger - required as per taste
Chopped green chilly-as required
Chopped coriander leaves-required
Salt - as per taste
Hing - a pinch
Oil - for deep frying
METHOD
Soak the poha in water for about 10 - 15 minutes. it will puff up.
Add all other ingredients except for oil, and mash well.
Shape into vadas.
Heat oil in a pan, and deep fry the vadas.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
