Eggles Cakes
Simplest eggless cake recipe

Ingredients:
all pourpose flour-1 and 1/2 cup
curd/ dahi- 1 cup
sugar- 1 cup
refined oil- 1/2 cup
baking powder- 1 tea spoon
baking soda- 1/2 tea spoon

Method:

dissolve sugar in curd and add vanilla essence.
add baking powder and soda to it
when bubble starts coming imediatelly add refined oil to it and mix
now add the all pourpose flour to it and mix well.
bake at 350 degree fahrenheit, or at 180 degree celsius for about 20- 25 min or until done.

*if u want to make chocolate cake then replace 1/4 cup of flour with chocolate powder
