For Bhaji:

2 flakes of garlic.
1 green chili.
chopped coriander.
mustard and cumin seeds.
2 teaspoon red chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
1 teaspoon garam masala.
2-3 table spoon oil.
salt as per taste.
1 teaspoon sugar.
For Poori:
2 cup flour,
salt as per taste,
2 table spoon sugar,
2 spoon oil,
oil to fry.
