chinese sandwitch

Preparation Time : 2 min
Cooking Time : 5 min
Serves / Makes : 2
Ingredients
4 slice bread
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 capsicum
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup carrot (optional)
2 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp cooking vinegar
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp butter
cheese
salt to taste

Method
Take a pan, add oil and saute ginger, green chillies and all the vegetables. don't fry. Add soya sauce, salt and vinegar. keep the pan aside.
Take a slice of bread, apply cheese on on eside and put the prepared veggies on it. close with the second slice.apply butter on each sides and put it on a sandwitch toaster until bread becomes crispy.
