Ingredients
Potatoes 2 nos
Onion 1 no
Tomatoes 2 nos
Spinach 2 medium size bunches
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder(jeera) 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder(dhania) 1/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp and for frying
Salt To taste
Method
1. Wash and cut spinach leaves. Cut the onions and tomatoes.
2. Boil the potaties, peel and cut into cubes and fry them
in oil till golden brown and keep them aside.
3. Heat small oil in a pan. Add onions and fry them till light brown.
Add cumin powder, Coriander powder, chilli, turmeric,ginger-garlic
paste and mix well.
4. Add tomatoes and cook till you can see the oil leaving the sides.
5. Add spinach leaves and salt and cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
6. When done, add fried potato cubes and mix well.
7. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
