Zatpat Bhel

Ingredients:

1 cup puffed rice (kurmura)/beaten rice(poha),
1 cup grated carrots,
1 cup finely chopped spring onions,
½ cup boiled green peas or sprouts,
1 cup grated beet root,
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes,
¼ cup finely chopped green chillies,
½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves,
Juice of 1 lemon,
½ teaspoon powdered sugar,
salt to taste,
yellow shev and coriander finely chopped for decoration .

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, except for yellow shev and coriander.
Serve in plates and decorate it with yellow shev and chopped coriander.
