| Ingredients | ||
| 4 Bread Slices 6 Potatoes (boiled) 2 Cubes cheese (grated) Oil for frying Salt to taste and some coriander leaves (chopped) | ||
| Method | ||
| Peel and mash potatoes. Add cheese, coriander leaves, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside. Dip each bread slice in water, one by one. Squeeze out excess water, fill in the above mixture fold on all sides and deep-fry in hot oil until it is golder brown. Serve hot with sauce. | ||
