Low Fat Kadhi

Delicious Low Fat Kadhi

Ingredients
khatta dahi-1 cup
gram flour(besan)-2-3tsp
water -6cup
peanuts-10-15 nos.
baby corn--4nos
potato-1 medium sized
onion-1 medium size
oil-1 tbsp
cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
aesefotedia(hing)-1 pinch
mustered seeds-1/4 tsp
methi seeds-1/4 tsp
whole red chili-2 nos
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
curry leaves-7-8
salt n red chilli -as per the taste
Method
Take a bowl and whisk dahi till it mix well.
Gradually add gram flour and whisk till dahi and flour mixes well
Add water to this mixture and keep aside.
cut potates,onions and baby corn in fine slices.keep aside.
Take a deep and heavy bottom vessel add oil
when oil gets heated add hing,mustered seed,cumin seeds,methi seeds, curry leaves and whole chillies.
add sliced potato,onion and baby corn,peanuts and salt
fry till light brown.
add turmeric powder,chilli powder.
add dahi,besan mixture gradually.
stir continuously till it boils.
cover it and keep boiling on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Delious kadhi is ready.
