Sindhi Kari



Ingredients
Thuvar dal-1/4kg
4medium size tomatoes
100 gms gowar
100 gms ladyfimgers
2 drumsticks
2\3 green chillies ginger
coriander leaves and salt
50 gms cocum
red chilli and haldi powder
jera,methi,heeng-1/2tsp each
Method
Wash dal throughly. Put into the pressure cooker aolong with cut tomatoes. Give 4-5 whistles. Mash and strain. Add
water. Ina vessel,put4tbsp oil ,heat and add rai methi, heeng , green chillies , ginger and curry patta. When it stops spluttering add, haldiand red chilli powder. Now add the prepared dal and tomato liquid .Add sugar, cocum amd all the vegetabes after washing them. Add salt and gur. Bring to boil for 15-20 minutes.Put off the gas ,now add washed and cut coriander leaves.
