Paneer- Potato Sandwiches

Cooking Time : 20 min
Serves / Makes : 2
Ingredients

White of Brown Bread 4 slices
Paneer - mashed or crumbled - 1/2 cup
Potato medium sized 2 or 3
Butter or margarine- 1/4 cup
Ketchup - 4-5 table spoon
Black pepper powder
Green chili pepper 1 chopped (Optional)
Fresh green onion chopped - 2 table spoon- optional
Method
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes
Mix everything in these mashed potatoes
Mix and knead well.
Apply on a piece of bread in a 1/4 inch thick coat.
Cover with another bread.
Cut them diagonally.

Serve with chutney or dips

Beauty of these sandwiches is that they can be eaten cold or cooked . Also you can make ahead the filling and keep in the fridge in air tight container for up to two days
