Veg Pizza Sandwich

Veg Pizza Sandwich

Serves / Makes : one
Ingredients
two slices sandwich bread
1/2 cup grated cabbage and carrot
two cubes grated cheese
1/2 cup cucumber and onion grated.squeeze out water
a pinch of ajwain seeds
2 tbsp tomchi tomato sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
strips of 1/2 capsicum

Method
heat oil.add ajwain seeds.
add to it capsicum,carrot,cabbage mix and cucumber onion mix.
heat on high flame for 1-2 mins.keep aside.
heat a non-stick pan.
place the two bread slices on it.apply the sauce on them.then top the bread with the above cooked veg-mixture.next top with grated cheese.heat on slow flame till the breads become golden brown.cut into 2 tri angles.serve hot.
