Mint Raita Recipe
Ingredients:
6 tbsp mint leaves
5 tbsp yoghurt
1 1/2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Salt and Pepper
Method:
Pound pomegranate seeds in yoghurt.
Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
