Ingredients
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 2
Cucumber - 1
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Green Chilles - 5
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curds -2 cups
Method
Grind coconut, chilles, mustard seeds and jeera.
Mix this paste with the cut vegetables
Add curds and salt to it.
Serve chilled.
