Navratar Recipe -Haryali Paneer

Haryali Paneer


Ingredients:

  • 500 gms Paneer
  • Coriander leaves
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Hung Curd
  • ½ tsp Chilli Paste
  • 1½ tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

Method:
  1. Cut the paneer in cubes.
  2. Make paste of all other ingredients.
  3. Coat paneer in that paste and keep for half an hour to marinate.
  4. Put little oil on a tawa and shallow fry. You can even add little lemon juice and sugar in that paste.


Tip: To avoid apple slices turning brown brush the apple slices with lemon juice.
